How It Works

5 lifting days per week, each with one primary lift.

Warm up to a daily max — the heaviest single you can hit fresh that day.

Drop the weight and chase the rep target at a back-off load. Pick your own set splits.

The Math
Every week, a little more.
Each session has a tonnage target (weight × reps) tied to your daily max. The app does the math — you just lift.
Reps below 60% of your daily max don't count toward the total. No junk volume.
